Escape Fitness, the leaders in functional fitness, have recently helped Ely Swimming Club in warming up their swimmers by donating their Rbk Pilates Bands.
The Pilates Bands gently stretch muscles and joints to increase strength and flexibility, warming swimmers up before training or competitions. Due to their size, shape and portability, the Rbk Pilates Bands are ideal for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Alan Kirby, Chairman of City Of Ely Amateur Swimming Club, comments "They have already proved to be quite a hit with the swimming club members- we even find the kids are keen to get on poolside earlier so they can use them to warm up."
"We are always delighted to support local clubs and are very pleased that the Pilates Bands have proven to be so popular.
